A mascarpone cream, lightened with raspberries and built upon a soft sponge base, topped with a refreshing raspberry jelly. The vibrant tartness of the fruit and the silky smoothness of the cream come together to create a well-balanced yet utterly irresistible dessert. Sugar-free is also available, made using our own specially developed sugar substitute blend (a combination of erythritol and birch sugar).
