Withdrawal from the contract
On this page, you can submit your notice of withdrawal from the contract electronically. You are not obliged to use this form: you may also notify us of your intention to withdraw by means of another clear statement, for example by email or post.
It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply, amongst other things, to perishable goods or goods that retain their quality for only a short period, or to products not manufactured in advance which we have made individually or specifically for you at your request. This may include, in particular, cakes and other fresh confectionery products.
Once we have received your statement, we will check whether the right of withdrawal applies to the order in question, and then we will inform you by email about the next steps.
If you have received a faulty, damaged or unsuitable product, please contact us at rendeles@freycukraszda.hu, even if you do not wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
