A blend of fresh, zesty lemon flavours and distinctive poppy seeds: layers of moist poppy seed sponge, a light lemon-yoghurt cream and a refreshing lemon jelly are stacked on top of one another. The zing of the citrus and the rich flavour of the poppy seeds create a balanced yet exciting dessert that is both refreshing and satisfying.
The cake is made in our own, fully enclosed gluten-free facility, so there is no risk of cross-contamination. The sponge is made using our own gluten-free flour blend and poppy seeds, making it completely gluten-free. It is also sugar-free: we make it using our own specially developed sugar substitute blend, which is a combination of erythritol and birch sugar, ensuring a truly compromise-free experience.
