Almond and chocolate cake slice

A rich, intense chocolate cream and sponge layers with a subtle hint of almond make up this simple yet distinctive dessert. The depth of the chocolate, combined with the slightly toasted, nutty notes of the almonds, creates a creamy, rich yet well-balanced flavour experience that is light yet truly satisfying.

The cake is made in our own dedicated, gluten-free facility, where the possibility of cross-contamination is ruled out. The sponge is made using our own gluten-free flour blend and almond flour, so it is completely gluten-free. We use a sugar-free recipe, featuring our own specially developed sugar substitute blend (a combination of erythritol and birch sugar). The cake is dairy- and egg-free: we use plant-based milks and fats, so it contains no milk protein either, making it easy to incorporate into a vegan diet.
