A layered interplay of creamy cashew and vibrant forest fruits: a light forest fruit mousse, a silky cashew mousse and an intense forest fruit filling come together to give the dessert a fresh, tangy zing. The base is our own chocolate sponge, enriched with toasted cashews, making every bite creamy, fruity and slightly crunchy all at once.
The cake is made in our own dedicated gluten-free facility, where the possibility of cross-contamination is completely ruled out. The sponge is made using our gluten-free flour blend and almond flour, making it completely gluten-free. We use a sugar-free recipe, incorporating our own specially developed sugar substitute blend (a combination of erythritol and birch sugar). It is dairy-free, as we use plant-based ingredients; it therefore contains no milk protein and no eggs are added, making it suitable for a vegan diet.
