Egzotikus, napfényes ízvilág rétegről rétegre: mandulás-kókuszos piskótalapok, lágy főzött kókuszkrém, élénk mangóbetét és könnyed, vaníliás kókusztejszín réteg alkotnak harmonikus egységet. A mangó friss, gyümölcsös lendülete és a kókusz krémes lágysága egyszerre üdítő és selymes élményt ad.
A torta saját, zárt gluténmentes üzemünkben készül, ahol a keresztszennyeződés lehetősége kizárt. Piskótája saját gluténmentes lisztkeverékünkkel és mandulaliszttel készül, így teljes mértékben gluténmentes, emellett cukormentes is, mivel saját fejlesztésű cukorhelyettesítő keverékünket használjuk (eritrit és nyírfacukor kombinációja). Tejmentes receptúra szerint dolgozunk, növényi tejekkel és zsiradékokkal, így tejfehérjét sem tartalmaz, tojást sem használunk hozzá, ezért vegán étrendbe is könnyedén beilleszthető.
