Pistachio and blueberry cake slice

A fusion of intense pistachio flavours and fruity freshness: a pistachio sponge base, a light blueberry cream, a vibrant, tangy blueberry filling and a silky pistachio cream are layered on top of one another. The rich, nutty character and the freshness of the blueberries combine to create a balanced yet exciting dessert that is both creamy and refreshing.

The cake is made in our own dedicated gluten-free facility, where the possibility of cross-contamination is ruled out. The sponge is made using our own gluten-free flour blend and pistachio flour, making it completely gluten-free; it is also sugar-free, as we use our own specially developed sugar substitute blend (a combination of erythritol and birch sugar). The recipe is completely dairy- and egg-free: we use plant-based milks and fats, so it contains no milk protein either, making it suitable for inclusion in a vegan diet without any issues.
