„The „Szilvafácska” invites you on a unique flavour journey: the luscious fruitiness of the plum unfolds layer by layer, followed by the rich, slightly crunchy notes of walnut and milk chocolate. The harmony of flavours is brought together by a light cinnamon mousse, whilst the subtle presence of green tea adds freshness and exciting nuances to the creation.
The „Szilvafácska” was inspired by childhood memories: it captures the scents of my grandmother’s garden – ripe plums, cinnamon and the aroma of freshly made jam – reimagined in a modern confectionery form. One slice of the cake contains 15.3 grams of carbohydrates and 253.7 kilocalories, making it suitable not only for people with diabetes but also for anyone who is mindful of their diet.”
